Alongside his brother Jeff and his job coach, Gilbert Trujillo, Jon plays a key role in our bulk mailing services — helping prepare newsletters, flyers, and inserts with precision and care.

Using a folding machine, Jon activates the fold function and collects the completed flyers into a receiving container. From there, he inserts each folded piece into nonprofit newspapers, applies mailing labels, stamps (nonprofit or for-profit), and return address stickers — pressing each one firmly to ensure it stays secure.

Once everything is assembled, Jeff and Jon help carry out the completed mail sacks from the 3 J’s office to the car, and deliver them to the proper cart at the USPS bulk mail entry unit.
 

📬 Who Can Use This Service?
 

• Anyone with a large, identical mailing of at least 200 pieces can request services, so long as the customer provides:

  • Printed materials (flyers, inserts, envelopes)

  • Mailing list

  • Appropriate postage (or coordinates postage with us)
     

Our team verifies all addresses with USPS official mailing formats.

• Mail is sorted by state and ZIP code, bundled, and transported to the USPS bulk mail entry unit.

• The customer is invoiced for labor, postage, and transportation.
