Janet, a devoted mother, saw the incredible strengths in her sons — Jeff and Jon — and knew the world needed to see them too. Traditional workplaces often overlook individuals on the autism spectrum, but Jeff and Jon are anything but limited. Jeff expresses his creativity and faith through intricate rug tufting, while Jon channels his energy and focus into efficient, reliable paper shredding. Together, they serve with care, purpose, and pride.

Jeff: The Artist
Jeff is quiet, thoughtful, and full of creativity. He loves movies, music, and worship - and brings that same heart into his rug tufting creations. Each rug has purpose and dedication, full of color and emotion, and often reflects his deep connection with God.
Jon: The Taskmaster
Jon is lively, energetic, and driven. He loves to move, play piano, and tackle tasks with serious focus. Once he's in the zone, he can shred through a pile of papers faster than anyone else — always with joy and determination.
Janet: The Heart
Janet is the quiet force and faithful mother behind Three J’s. A fierce advocate and gentle encourager, she created this space to give her sons a way to shine. She believes in purposeful work, slow creativity, and the idea that everyone has something beautiful to contribute. Her love, prayers, and perseverance fuel this entire project.

Behind the incredible work Jeff and Jon do each day is the steady support of Gilbert Trujillo, their dedicated job coach and trusted friend.
Gilbert works closely with both brothers, helping them stay organized, focused, and empowered in their daily tasks. Whether it's preparing materials, breaking projects into steps, or simply spending quality time fishing or going out into the community, Gilbert plays an essential role in keeping their minds engaged and their hearts encouraged.
But his impact goes far beyond task support — Gilbert helps make purpose possible. Through patience, consistency, and compassion, he creates an environment where Jeff and Jon can thrive, grow, and enjoy the work they do.
